Project Information
Protect durian trees future generations.
This is where the story begins: one tree, one hope, one future.
Site Planning
Our master plan covers more than 2,000 acres of prime durian and tropical fruit plantation land at the Lojing Highlands. The site is carefully divided into zones for cultivation, conservation, eco-tourism, and supporting facilities. With natural rivers flowing through the estate, each block is supported by reservoirs, access roads, and pavilions to ensure sustainable farm management.
The planning emphasizes both productivity and environmental care, integrating modern agro-technology with eco-learning and visitor experiences. This balance allows us to protect biodiversity while developing Malaysia’s first global durian ecosystem.
Project Challenge
Establishing a plantation of this scale in the highlands requires more than planting trees. The terrain is steep, the soil varies from block to block, and weather conditions can change rapidly. Our challenge is to harmonize nature and development.
To overcome these obstacles, we invested in:
- Smart water management systems with reservoirs and irrigation channels
- Soil and topography studies to determine suitable durian varieties
- Infrastructure such as access roads, tree houses, club houses, and eco-lodges
- Engagement with local communities to co-create long-term value
Eco and Agriculture
We believe that agriculture must go hand in hand with ecology. Beyond durian planting, our eco-agriculture model integrates:
🌱 Sustainable Farming: Reducing chemical use, applying organic fertilizers, and adopting smart monitoring.
🌳 Eco-Tourism: Hiking trails, camping sites, forest education, and durian-picking zones for visitors.
🐦 Conservation: Protecting rivers, wildlife, and surrounding forest while ensuring long-term soil health.
🤝 Community Participation: Local Orang Asli and nearby villages are invited to take part in farm activities and tourism initiatives.
This vision ensures that every durian tree planted is not only an economic asset but also a promise to safeguard nature for future generations.
